- flatten structure: core principles → communication → code → workflow
- merge redundant rules and remove duplication
- group code section by use-case (general, style, language choice, editing, quality)
- add language preferences (python/rust default, java→kotlin)
- add password policy (no special chars required)
- improve scanability with better formatting
- consolidate user profile and quick reference sections
